What the Hell Pool
This was the expression from the cavers who initially came upon a small lake. It is located in a passage that had been known for over 20 years. Because of very wet years in the early and mid-1990's the water levels in the cave rose enough that a "new" lake started to form. This new lake finally sumped off this passage in the summer of 1999, making two miles of cave and the lakes impossible to visit. Stan Allison and ?

The explorers were hoping that the room would open up, but was fine for Dina since she is about 5 foot 1 inch tall, but was not so great for the others was they were much taller and complained (in a joking way) about have to survey it at the end of the day.
